Sir, I had given many application to branch No 892 Kurla for trasfer of my policy to thane branch No-91J since last one and half year but they are not doing their work and every time they are forcing me to fill the revival form and this is the fifth time when I got letter from them to fill revival form again.Sir last four time I have filled the form and submmitted to that office but now it is beyond my tolerance power. i have policy for 10 years as policy no.[protected]. it' will mature on 28/03/2009.
i wan't all information about current status of policy and if any premium is pending (if any) then how
to pay it?and after all payment (if any). how much i will get on above date.

Subject; Payment of Surrender of Policy No.[protected]

Kindly refer to your letter No. PS/Surrender dated 26.2.2009. I have been given cheque no. 106976 dated 26.2.09 for Rs.[protected] on account of surrender of above policy. The surrender amount against cash option mentioned in the policy as well as in enclosed status report of policy is Rs.[protected].

You are, therefore, requested to kindly make the difference payment of Rs. 4654-00 without any further delay otherwise we will be forced to claim the interest.
