i have submitted my policy no[protected] with required documnts through courier few onth back. till now i didnot receive any positive or negitive reply from the organisation. sothat i request u to forward my complaint to the LIC . related branch is br 231 KANPUR.

I had registered my login and given the forms at LIC's branch office (Whites Road Chennai) My policy nos are[protected],[protected], 71548089, 71548091. But till date, my login is not activated though more than 15 months have passed. Now I don't remember any details about its registration. I need to avail loan against these policies to meet out my son's higher education. Please guide me.
