[Resolved] Lic Of India — Wrong intimation of dishonoured cheque

I have deposited premium of month november 2007 of Policy No[protected] on date 20-11-07 by Cheque No-907415 of amount Rs. 2849.00 vide receipt number is 76182 dated 20-11-07. This cheque has been cleared from my a/c No-[protected] of SBI, Nand Nagri, Delhi on 22-11-07. But Branch Manager(Branch 11-B, Sakarpur) sent me an information of dishonored cheque vide no.-903 dated 31-01-08. I had intimated to Branch Manager several times in writing along with the copy of my bank statement and I intimated Divisional Manager(CRM), Delhi Division II also on dt 19-08-08, but no action has been taken till now and my policy stands lapse till date. i think lic agents are frauds. they take false cheques from their clients. like my agen RAJESH INDAP from ramnagar, dombivli east, thane, maharashtra took a rs.1000000/- ten lakhs false check from me at the end of march 08 just to show his business. he gave me his hand written letter for my bank to stop the payment on my cheque. thus lic shows its big business on the paper at the end of the every financial year when actually they have no business.
