[Resolved]  Lic Of India — Pending Commission

Sir/Madam

I am Amar Kumar Ghosh ,a Indian citizen .I was lastly a LICI agent. My LICI agent code -6834443.I had given the resignation on Jan 2005 & it accepted by LICI. In that time I also applied for section 44 & it also accepted by LICI. My agency joining date was March 1992 & resigned date Jan 2005.My total agency career was 13 years. According to sec 44 rule still date I am eligible for renewal commission. But sir LICI still did not give the commission .For this cause I gave the application on branch office chinsurah & division office howrah on 22 nd sept 2009 & 11 th Feb 2010.But LICI doesn’t give the commission. Sir Please help me. IRDA
is our only hope. Sir my Mobile number-[protected].Sir if You give the permission I can send the all document by mail or fax. Sir I would be thankful to you if take a necessary step. I want to take a legal step Against LICI.IRDA is a government body ,I hope IRDA solve the situation. Other wise I go to agent forum , take all necessary legal step & media against the LICI.I think, this matter is serious issue. Please take necessary step.
