[Resolved]  Lic Of India — Claim amount

Hi Sir

Me having a health insurance Policy named LIC's Helath Protection Plus Plan, which i have signed in the year Dec 2010,
recently I have claimed with LIC for 34000/- since i was hospitalized in the Month Feb 2013 for a Minor Surgery,

As per LIC terms and condition i submitted all required documents also, but now they have release only 6600/- as final settlement for my claim, the reason they have given the surgery which i had gone through was not comes under the coverage, but not at the time of signing and as well as in the policy documents they have not mentioned which and all surgery will get the insurance coverage,

I tried to contact their Kayamkulam office as well as Trivandrum office ( through customer care center) I am not getting any proper response
so requesting to advice on same
