[Resolved] Lic Of India — delay payment of lic money back policy | |||
Dear Sir, I have one money back policy of Lic of india from sultanpur district.Policy number is[protected] table 124-15.Sir my first money back installment 75000.00 rupees is not received till date(this installment due on 07.06.2006).after marriage this policy was transferd to LIC first branch(branch no.-229).I have submitted all documents at sultanpur branch.sir we have send and register many complain to sultanpur and raebareli branch. LIC OF INDIA — Money back policy payment
I have the money back policy no[protected] and the bonus of 40% was due from 28/4/09 of Rs 20, 000.00 and till now I have not got the payment . Please look into the matter and make arrangementfor getting me the payment in time. thanks

Unit linked LIC Policy — Delay in redemption of Policy
Dear Customer Relation Manager,This has reference to following Unit linked LIC policies in the name of my wife Mrs BSVDSN Surya Prabha, which were surrendered for redemption on 25th August 2008 at LIC Branch Office No. 685, Vijayawada but still pending receipt of their redemption cheques from LIC.

2) [protected] dated 24.06.2005
In this regard, it is to inform that in spite of my father-in-law’s personal pursuance & enquiry with officials at LIC office at the above branch at Vijayawada on regular basis, the payment is not made till date.
After the policies were surrendered on 25.08.2008, he visited above office on 10.09.08, 23.09.08 & 30.09.08 but the Administrative Officer & Branch Manager are simply giving some excuses stating that the policies are not entered in the computer at LIC end and the issue has been sent to Machilipatnam/Mumbai. A registered letter in this regard, was also sent to you for necessary action at your end.
The above delay is unwarranted and you will appreciate that this is entirely an internal matter of LIC and customer should not be victimized for the same. As we are having an urgent and serious financial commitment, these policies have been surrendered with anticipation/planning to meet the requirement from the funds expected on redemption of above policies of LIC.
My wife and myself is facing financial hardship to meet the pressing scheduled payments, any delay of which shall attract imposition of interest and other stringent terms & conditions on us.
It is requested to arrange for immediate release of the said payment with out any further delay.
