[Resolved] Lic Of India — Non-receipt of maturity cheque | |||
Respected Sir, 1) That I had a LIC policy bearing No.[protected] and on discharging the same on maturity in LIC Branch No. 11-U at SCO-34, Sec-12, HUDA Complex, Faridabad. 2) That the cheque for Rs. 55448/- baring No. 293326 dated 07.11.2011 was issued in favour of Sh. Lalit Kumar Khurana along with fathers name written as Sh. R.N.Gupta whereas my father’s name (Sh. Khem Chand) was wrongly written by the office concerned of LIC Branch No. 11U at Faridabad. 3) That on dated 02.11.2011, I personally visited the said branch for correction in the name of father and given back the cheque to Smt. Meena Gupta along with ID wherein father name. 4) That I was told that the corrected cheque will be issued with in three days, but cheque for Rs. 55448/- has not been issued as yet. 5) That on asking the Manager of this unit Mr. Kaushik said that neither you given me the cheque nor I had any dealing with you. 6) That on further discussion with Mr. Kaushik, regarding issue of cheque with interest till the issue of the same, he replied that till you pay Rs 1000/-cheque will not be issued. In view of specific facts, your kind honor is, therefore, requested to kindly look into this issue o[censored]nnecessary harassment. Thanking you and hoping for stern action please.
