Sub Returning of Cheque





my self presented two cheques for rs.30000/- each of 40219&402918 of Indian bank mettur dam and payable at salem for the policy nos[protected]&[protected]and the same presented at ICICI bank Dharmapuri for clearance on 29.04.2010 but the cheque was returned on 12.5.2010 for the reason insufficient of funds when we enquired at icici bank they told I want to clarify whether LIC is running on any shortage of funds and why the cheque returned for non availability of fund and a sum of rs.276/-was recovered for the each cheque for return of cheque . hence kindly clarify why the cheque was returned by the bank unnecessarily . still date I have not received the returned cheque also . It makes me so much mental worry and I felt shame of returning of cheque by LIC . Hence I request that the cheque returned charges should be bear by the LIC only and I am expecting suitable action against the bank which returned the cheque otherwise I will forced to move to consumer court for getting justice. Please

LIC OF INDIA — NON AVAILABILITY OF CONSUMER ID

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have forgotten my consumer ID because of which I am unable to pay the premium amount online. policy details are herein under:

Sir,
I have an Insurance Policy with LIC of India. My Policy No.[protected]. But the premium cannot pay by electronically so that I am unable to enroll my policy details. Due to incorrect date of birth entry in the Policy Document, the premiem yet to be paid. My date of birth is 30/07/1963 instead of 30/03/1963.
Kindly correct the same at the earliest.
