That the along said Policy was issued in the name od Hari Singh S/o Sh Tikam singh R/o Krishnapuri, Govind Puri Modinagar Ghaziabad ( Bo_250)
(UP) it was matured on 28.12.2009 and Policies deposit to LIC for payment dt 05.01.10.
Last Payment to Installment has been made of due date.
The Babeficiary of this policy was expired on dt 10.01.10
Nominee in police Devendrasingh S/o Sh.Hari Singh
But till date we some not received either Cheque and Informition from Lic
