[Resolved]  Lic Of India — surrender value of bima plus-balanced fund

I applied for surrender value in respect of our BIMA PLUS BALANCE FUND,against policy NO.[protected] &[protected] on 13/03/2012.Money was sent to respective bank directly.No redemption details was given to us.Money which we receive are much less than NAV value on that date.Also I was told by the concerned LIC branch -1 of BOKARO STEEL CITY that no redemption details are available.
