Policy NO.[protected]Named SHISHIR Complaint Redressal: Customer
I am father of SHISHIR Reference subject, several reminders forwarded to concerned. I get the response that the policy has lapsed. The policy (receipts in my possession) was paid one time. But till date no satisfactory answer received to the customer.

Please redress my complaint.

The Policy documents attached with the mail of d policy no.[protected] of Kusum Devi Singh(LP), Shishir(LA) dated 28 March 1996 with single premium of Rs.17514, but the policy status right now states that the policy has lapsed.
(see the attached recipt BOC no.3251/51C and single premium recipt dated 30 march 1996)
There is a mistake done by the admin the policy mode has been taken yearly and the premium amt has been taken as 1751.40 instead of the single premium of Rs.17514
please rectify this error as soon as possible and release (LA)Shishir's fund.

I am not getting any intimation from LIC for my policy No.[protected], also this year my money back policy amount not received, I am remitting the amount time.
