Babu Lal Choudhary, R/o. 559/19, Street No.12, Vijay Park, Maujpur, Delhi) that free insurance mediclaim policy of Rs.2.0 lacs will be offered for 15 years with a meager premium payment of Rs.20/- per year, for taking JEEVAN SARAL POLICY for annual premium amount of Rs.18000/- & above. As per the discussions, JEEVAN SARAL POLICY has taken by me for 20 years tenure at premium payment of Rs.18000/- per annum (Policy No.[protected]. No offer given by the Agent. This agent has moral support from LIC officials.
