Lic Of India — NOT PAID ON BONUS

My policy Number is [protected]. I had a address chage and updated the same in policy records timely . I had a bonus refund due in yr 2009 on this policy and it has not been paid till now . I enquired about it one month back and came to know that it has been send to old address . I gave the application again as the records were not updated.. I was told that i will get the cheque in 1 week and nothing is done . The Phone no given by them is always busy, and even it you get the line they will put it on hold. Kindly do help me.
