You have mentioned policy number of 6 digit only whereas our policy numbers are of 8 or 9 digit. We could not find any record under the given policy number. You are therefore, requested to please trace the correct policy number and also the name of the Zonal Office of L.I.C. from whom the pension cheques were being received previously. On knowing the correct policy number and other details of L.I.C. servicing Branch/Division/Zonal Offce in respect of the particular policy under which you have not received the penson, we shall inform you the correct position.
