I have applied a Home loan from Gurgaon Branch of LICHFL, through Area Manager Ashutosh Sood and his subordinate Yogesh Gupta in the month of Oct'08. and Being a RBS employee they said you will get the loan at the discounted rate of 11.25% instead of rate of 11.5% (which was not the true scenario) and also they have committed LICHFL is disbursing the loan for DLF Express Greens, New DLF Gurgaon. After their confirmation we have submitted all the papers with half processing fees of Rs 5618 & Rs. 650 in cash. After several follow up they said for DLF Express Greens property LICHFL is not disbursing a loan. Then we are asking to return our papers. Now Ashutosh Sood & Yogesh Gupta are not picking up my phone. Is this the way one of the most prestigious organizations in the country try to cheat its consumers by giving wrong information? It would be great, if any one could help to get our money & paper back. Also I request LICHFL to increase transparency to provide clear information so that the Customers can have better understanding before applying a loan & never harassed. Lic home finance ltd. has no clear policy about processing fee. they charge you as much as they can.
it is litteraly cheating!! how document proceesing can be different for different peoples? thus processing fee should also be same for all.
Lic Hfl should declare its processing fee publically to all.( in terms of %age of sanctioned loan amount)
