[Resolved] LICHFL, Thanjavur — Delay in disbursement of cheque | |
I was sanctioned for Housing Loan of Rs.4.40 lakhs vide their letter dt.31.01.09. I was following the same through lic housing finance limited agent. I have submitted all the required documents and also produced the guarantor along with his salary particulars etc., even after that. till today I was not paid the sanctioned loan amount. Whenver I enquire with the agent I was telling by him that it will be done, it will be but what is happening I donot know. same problem i am facing these days already 1.5 month gone. i am waiting for cheque . i advice all who want housing loan please dont take from LIC they poor and 3rd class service.
