[Resolved]  LICHFL, Thanjavur — EMI not being changed according to fluctuating rate of interest

Pls note we have taken a home laon for rs 4100000/- in the yr 2007 January, have a doubt that what is the correct rate of interest and how much we are paying now since when we took home loan it was at the rate of interest of 10.25% an now we do not have nay idea what rate of interest we are paying and how it has been decied/ Kinldy advise

I have an LIC housing loan account no.[protected] from Varanasi branch & my EMI still constant i.e not fluctuating with rate of interest.My option was floating only.

We have taken housing loan in year 2007 we had applied on floating rate of interest.

Whenever there was increase in market rate of interest our emi was increased according for the same month. But now when the rate of interest is lower their has been no effect on our EMI.
