[Resolved] LICHFL, Thanjavur — Very rude way of talking | |
Hello Sir/Madam, I m very disappoint with ur recovery department person Mr Vaibhav who is not having the decent way of talking, we have made late payment which we know it very well but in front of that late payment we have done the advance payment for next 3 months and my next due date is 10/10/2009. I only concern is without taking proper inquiry about the payment is done or no, Mr vaibhav was shouting as if he had to pay our loan from his pocket.let me tell u that if i m doing late payment lic is charging me penlty so that dont mean that he can talk how he wants I[censored] guys will not take any action against this person i will see to it that i write one mail to the chairman.This was not the 1st time but this had happened more then 3-4 time which is very disappointing. This really proves that u dont value the customer, and it was really worst experience and would never suggest anybody to take loan from LIC Hope to get positive reply from you and will take strick action against mr vaibhav, if not then i have to take some big step Regards Mirat Bhadlawal Was this information helpful? | |
