[Resolved] LICHFL, Thanjavur — Cheating - Despite depositing money, document not received for the last four months | |||
I raised a home loan in December 2010 with the help of Mr. Sanjay Bhatia and Mr. Akbar (both from LIC Housing Finance CP Branch). In November 2011, I requested Mr. Bhatia to arrange for an LIC document that mentions “all original property documents are lying with the company”. He asked me for a fees of Rs. 300 which I duly paid directly to him. Till now, I have not received this document. I have been following up with Mr. Bhatia for four months now but to no avail. As a record, I have called him up at least 50 times and every time he says “just two more days”. This is really not acceptable and I am quite disappointed. Also, I have been following up with Mr. Akbar for the past three weeks regarding this document but till now, no response. Apart from this, I have requested for a provisional repayment certificate as well (FY 11-12). Mr. Bhatia has been harassing me for the last four months and just now, he said the matter is not in his hands. Nobody ever picks up the phone in branch office, head office, regional office or even customer service. The feedback option does not work on the website.
