[Resolved]  Life Insurance — Amount not Received in time

Policy No.[protected], i Shri. Dipak J. Mane, i had surrender my policy on the date of 1st February 2013 at Bandra, Mumbai Office because of Medical purpose. After 15 days the amount not received in my Bank account so i again enquired about same subject in Bandra office but they said your policy has lost by us.
After again a week they got the same policy but till today's date amount of the policy not yet received to me.

For medical purpose (knee operation) i needed a sum big amount that is why i had liquidate my policy immediately.

Plz. take seriously & return the amount immediately for medical purpose.
