I have an nps account through life insurance corporation of india since 2011.
I have the pran number[protected] but i did not get the pran kit. So i have not the user and password. When i search it online website of nps cra. It shows that pran not found in database.

Please help me to make it online and also help to update the details.

After 15 days the amount not received in my Bank account so i again enquired about same subject in Bandra office but they said your policy has lost by us.
After again a week they got the same policy but till today's date amount of the policy not yet received to me.
