[Resolved]  Liquor — Charging above MRP,No Bill,Rude behaviour

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

At almost all Liquor shop owners in bangalore liquor shop owners ask for Rs 5-15 above the MRP but this particular shop which is near my home asked me for Rs 15 extra on a commodity which cost Rs 58 as per the MRP. When i asked him for a bill he flatly refused to give me one. I told him that I will complaint against him but he told me that it would make no difference as he had bribed the officials also.I dont know the exact address of the shop but it is just adjacent to BTM bus stop , opposite to AXA building , BTM 1st stage.
Also at Urvashi Theatres ,Lalbagh ,Bangalore, the shop owners inside the cinema hall charge above MRP for all the items , for example a packet of chips that reads MRP as Rs.10 is sold at Rs 15, chocolate that says MRP as Rs.30 is sold at 40 and so on.

I have been to a liquor shop at Cholanayakanahalli, which is in CIL Layout, Hebbal, opp to more super market, I purchased Blenders pride whiskey a quarter bottle(180ml)
The Mrp of it is Rs451.81, but I was asked to pay Rs580/-, why is it so??? Is this how it is charged everywhere around karnataka,
Another experience at Ajappa block, RT Nagar,
Purchased quarter (180ml) Royal challenge Whiskey which I was charged Rs360/- instead of Rs328/-
Liquor shop near Hiranandani, Hulivamu, Arekere in Bangalore are shamelessly selling at around 100-150 rupees above the MRP, straight up. Shops like SLR Spirits MRP Outlet. Address: DLF Rd, Nyanappana Halli, Hulimavu, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560076
A 100 rupee Budwiser can costs around 200-220 depending upon their mood. Everytime you visit, there is a varying rate. When we ask for the bill, they rudely give the cliche'd excuse, the rates have increased during the times of corona and they cannot provide the bill. Deny it straight on our faces. Every store has a different liquor price in here.
Is this becoming a land of SCAMS. Not a single process is straight, every system is shady and profit oriented and every people scamming every people.
This is extremely shameful as it violates The Consumer Protection Act. Even after being taxed and legally available at liquor stores, we feel as if we are doing an illegal act and buying something underground, under the hood, paying double the amount for no reason at all.
This should be highlighted to the authorities, unless they're involved as well.
