सर मेरा नाम अंकुर है और मैं दिल्ली के कोंडली गाँव में रहता हूँ, यहां पास मे ही मदर डेयरी के पास एक शराब की दुकान है, उस शराब की दुकान से कुछ भी लो चाहे क्वार्टर, हाफ, बोतल या बीयर हर चीज पर दुकान के लोग 5-10 ₹ ज्यादा ही लेते हैं और अगर हम पुछते है तो लडने लगते हैं. मेरा आप से अनुरोध है कि तुरंत कार्रवाई करे.. सर इनका बार कोड भी फर्जी आ रहा है..

This has become much imperative to bring in your notice that the selling prices of beers are not as per the schedule MRP rates in the wine shop situated in ghitorini metro station and they are selling beers according to their own rates since last 2 years and making loot of money openly.
This is very much frustrating to face this again and again and bargains for your own money.
An appropriate action is required utmost to stop this loot.

Dear Sir,

Today morning i was purchase a bottle of BEER (KINGFISHER STRONG)and the price of that bottle is 105/-only but when i paid by my CREDIT CARD he said he will take extra 13/- charge because his owner said him to take extra charge on every card transaction AND also they asking 5 rupees extra on cash payment ...
may i know why they are taking extra charge with rude behave and you can also check and confirm and take proper action against them.

yesterday night i was there for purchase a bottle of whisky (imperial blue)and the price of that bottle is 400/-only but when i paid by my debit card he said he will take extra 20/- charge because his owner said him to take extra charge on every card transaction ...
may i know why they are taking extra charge with rude behave and you can also check and confirm wine shop details

More or less all liquor shops in ajmer are over charging to the extant of 10/- to 20/- rs. and also refuse to give bill. not to speak of sales man's behavior. i recently visited near by shop situated at naka madar, ajmer and faced this. all customers are being subject to such extortion. please, look in to the matter and arrange for availability of products at mrp with proper billing.

We are interdependent people and live with own mind but any one forces for taken alcohol, above mentioned people who is own alcoholic and young people are going alcoholic due to this shop near 100 mtr one higher secondary school are availed, there police are also with him, so no body can not stopped his shop,
My humble request please stopped this type of shop

I want to complaint you of the high price of liquors in roorkee district haridwar.The beverage shop at ramnagar, malveeya chouk, sells his liquor at more than 33% of mrp. On beers rs 20 to 30 charge extra
This is a huge and a shameful violation of 'the consumer protection act, 1986'. Its not just in here, a beverage shop in near bus stand and civil lines, also sells at high prices. This is atrocious, i hope the concerned authorities would do needful.

I have purchased the beer/wine from my nearby Shop i: e Bihari Ganj near HP petrol pump - Navrang oil co AJMER -305001, the shopkeeper asking me as well as every customer Rs.5 to Rs.10/- extra over MRP written on the bottle, when I asked the bill for the said Amount the shopkeeper refuse to give it.
I am requesting you please verify and check why the owner of wine shop taking extra amount over MRP.
The same practice is followed by all shops available in Ajmer & Ajmer Bypass.

I go to purchase a beer at shop address - ashok ownaer, ambedkar nagar near police choki rathi mill by pass n. H 24 vijay nagar ghaziabad on 31 / 08 / 2015 at 7pm.

I ask please give me one beer. He give me but more value then print then i ask why you charge more value because you one notice also on board and list all wine and beer. I ask the shop keeper you have show all price but not give on mrp. Also their behavior is very rude of shop keeper. He told lena hto lo nahi to jao. Yaha mrp per nahi milti then i sad i will complaint you then he told jaha karni h waha karo kuch bhi nhi hoga mera har jagah yahi rate h mean all u. P.

Dear we talk about price in u. P very high in others states then why they not given on mrp.

Liquor shops at sector 12 in noida, u. P (Near inter college) are selling liquor and beer much above the mrp, and also their behavior is very rude. Please do some needful against them

Dear Concern, I have All ready mentioned in subject, there is only one liquor shop in khairna near garampani, almora road nainital. area uttarakhan, usually the wine owner Always charge more then MRP. if you Buy any products form him they charge 10% of extra on MRP, if we Oppose him they are ready to fight.They are violating the law of excise and selling at exorbitant prices. we are facing daily basis this type of Problem .if any one can check this shop for any time. they will charge more then MRP, using own monopoly. we have told 3-4 times that don't do this but this thing is going on continue. Kindly look into this matter

Respected sir, on 24 feb 2015 i have purchased a half bottle royal stag brand of liquor from the english wine shop situated at kaladungi near haldwani, state uttarakhand. The rates mentioned on the bottle was 235/- and when i given the money to shopkeeper he deducted 250/- rupees from my 500/- rupees note. When i asked him why he is deducting 250/- while the rates mentiond on the bottle only 230/-, he said ki "hum to ese hi lete h. Tu bata tujhe kya problem h " . Than i said bhai koi bat nahi par ese to bat mat karo. Aur agar aap print rates se jyada par liquor dete ho to me nahi leta v mere paise lota do. Is par unhone kaha ( wo 6 log dukan ke andar the) ab paise wapas ni honge. Aur tu jyada akad mat nhi to mar khyaga. Is par maine kaha me apki shikayat police me karunga to wo mujhe marne par utaru ho gaye aur kahne lage ki police to hum hi h. Sir, keeping in view of above said complaint a suitable action be taken against them people and against wine shop. Some people who gathered at that time of hot talk from the side of shopkeeper intimated that he every time did such misbehave from customer and sales liquor on higher side of rates and due to which recently his shop was ceased for some days. Dear Team, I want to complaint you of the high price of liquors in liquor shop at Bhadrabad Haridwar Uttrakhand sells his liquor at more than 25% of MRP.I bought Rum Bottle MRP written Rs 260/ and he charged Rs.280/. This is a huge and a shameful violation of 'The Consumer Protection Act, 1986'. Its not just in here, a beverage shop in Jagdishpur & Ranipur Jhal Haridwar also sells at high prices. Dear Sir, I want to complaint you of the high price of liquors in liqupr shop around jolly grant airport, at Ranipokhri, Dehardun l.sells his liquor at more than 33% of MRP.I bought rum MRP written 155 and he charged 180 rs This is a huge and a shameful violation of 'The Consumer Protection Act, 1986'. Its not just in here, a beverage shop in Doiwala, Dehradun also sells at high prices. Police also support as they get cut.This is atrocious, I hope the concerned authorities would do needful. Dear Concerned, I want to complaint you of the high prices charged by govt. authorised liquor shops in Almora & Raiwala ( both in uttaranchal).The Beverage shop at Barechina, Almora and Raiwala, Rishikesh both sells liquor at more than 33% of MRP. I already have faced this with bot thye shops and exchanged a heated argument on the same. To my surprise they don't have any bill book with them where i could have collected the same for proof. This is a huge and a shameful violation of 'The Consumer Protection Act, 1986'. This is atrocious, I hope the concerned authorities would do needful. I m again visiting Almora and this time i will ask some other guy to visit the shop and make a recording of all the transaction.

I want to complaint you of the high price of liquors in Noida.The Beverage shop at sector-44, challera market, sells his liquor at more than 33% of MRP.
This is a huge and a shameful violation of 'The Consumer Protection Act, 1986'. Its not just in here, a beverage shop in Ganga Market, sector 29, also sells at high prices. This is atrocious, I hope the concerned authorities would do needful.

i would like to know that why liquor shops in up are charging more than the mrp on alcohol. it every where in up. then what is the use of mrp. Just let them charge anything. so ,i request u to look in to the matter positively.

At almost all Liquor shop owners in bangalore liquor shop owners ask for Rs 5-15 above the MRP but this particular shop which is near my home asked me for Rs 15 extra on a commodity which cost Rs 58 as per the MRP. When i asked him for a bill he flatly refused to give me one. I told him that I will complaint against him but he told me that it would make no difference as he had bribed the officials also.I dont know the exact address of the shop but it is just adjacent to BTM bus stop , opposite to AXA building , BTM 1st stage.
Also at Urvashi Theatres ,Lalbagh ,Bangalore, the shop owners inside the cinema hall charge above MRP for all the items , for example a packet of chips that reads MRP as Rs.10 is sold at Rs 15, chocolate that says MRP as Rs.30 is sold at 40 and so on.

Shopkeeper charges more than MRP
I purchased the beer/wine from my nearby Shop i:e Pratap Nagar and shadanadpeth near Laxminagar water Tank, Nagpur-40022, the shopkeeper asking me as well as every customers Rs.10/- extra over MRP written on the bottle, when I asked the bill for the said Amount the shopkeeper refuse to give it .
I am requesting you please verify and check why the owner of wine shop taking extra amount over MRP.
