Last year the high court appointed 3 advocates to complete the payment to the investors after taking over the properties of Lis owners. there after no body knows what has been done. it is nearly one year after the high court gave the verdict. i think it is time for somebody to approach the high court to speed up the payment to the investors. it is more than 10 years since the money of the investors has been locked. the police official who stopped the working of LIS is now the DGP. may be he should do something to see that just justice is done to the investors

We should do something to get our money. High court appointed advocates around 6 years ago. The court should have responsibility to check the progress and make sure that the investors get their money. Investors to take an initiative to come together and approach the court.Let us do it without waiting any more. Hop this forum can help us.
REFUND OF DEPOSITED AMOUND IN DEEPASTHAMBHAM PROJECT
I Jayachandran Nair deposited RS 25000 in the Deepastambham Project on 7-4-2006.The amound not refunded till today.Hence Iam kindly requesting to take necessary step to get back the amound earlier. My Receipt NO is 211983. Kerala High Court lawyer V G Arun has been appointed as Chief Settlement Officer and advocates C E Unnikrishnan and Mohammed Siraj have been appointed as Settlement Officers. Justice A Muhamed Mustaque passed the order in response to a petition filed by P V Chacko, LIS, seeking a directive to keep in abeyance all further proceedings against the LIS Deepasthambam project. The petitioner also sought to stay the execution of warrants of arrest against the petitioner or any other proceedings.
I thought the lis case will comes to an end with in couple of months. But now I understand that this appointment was an adjustment for saving Mr. PV Chacko from his liability. Earlier Mr. PV Chacko was liable to settle the case as per court order. He was issued Arrest warrant several times and arrested sometime. Now he is free from this kind of issues. The Honble High court made this type of tricks to save Mr. Chacko. No need to pay his debits and he can enjoy his life, the settlement officer never settle this issue. The settlement officer is getting his remuneration as long as he is prolonging his duty to settle the issue. The loss is only for the clients. Mr. Chacko also is the gainer because as long as the settlement protracted the value of his property will towering. Now nobody will blame Court/PV Chacko/LIS
