I have placed a order for "SUPER FAMILY PACK 1 YEAR SUBSCRIPTION" dated 26/05/2010. despite of several mail and phone call, they are not responding properly and the order has not despatched till now. The payment of subscription was made by my credit card. I never expect this type of service from India Today Group. they are really cheating to people. Yesterday I asked for a VPP from my local postoffice saying that a book parcel of Rs.400 is came from Living Media (I) Ltd, New Delhi - 55, when I've no idea of what this concern is, even I never placed any such order with this concern before. And now when I'm seeing others' complaints also in this respect, I think this is a trial of forge money from others.
