India Today Scientific American India — Non delivery of magazine
I subscribe India Today Scientific Amarican India on april 2008 and subscription stared on june(3 years Rs.2300).From then I did not get my copy except the Septmber issue and my gift.I send them many emails but always they said that the problem is shorted out shortly and they will send the copy.But noyhing happen.Till now i dont get it and i leave my hope, so I stop my emailing for 2 months.How do i deal with this?Can I go to consumer corurt?How much money I have to spend to make a Case?Please help me.
living media india limited/c.d.,s — non receipt of replacement
i have puchased a set of 3 c.d.'s from india today book club of living media india limited(invoice no.ORB[protected] DT.21MAY2008). they sent me that c.d.'s by vpp.after paying for vpp, when i opened the packet, c.d's were damaged, so i returned that c.d.'s by pafex courier no.[protected] DT. 21JUNE2008. But still i have not recieved any replacement for the same. several times i have complained on their helpline no.[protected] but every time they saying that they were out of stock and now they have received the stocks and this week thay will despatch. but till today(15march2009) i have not received the c.d.'s. i have taken complaint no. also but of no use,complaint no.53711 dt.09/07/08

and many times they not given me the no. saying that they have changed the procedure and it is only recorded in the computer system and forwarded to the concerned authorities .i thought living media india limited is a big company but they cheat the public by sending offers by e mail saying you will get this thing free and that holiday offer, etc., . we think that this is a big company of india today group, aaj tak, etc., . please look into the matter and save us from this kind of publicity of free offers etc.,

I have recived one phone calls from living media ltd. (Times Book Club) on 3-9-10 and offered samasung window mobile(Samsung-B7300-Omnia-Lite-Touch-Windows-6-5-Mobile) for rs. 14998/- and free gift of 2 track suite and holiday vouchers in addition that cash or coins worth rs. 110000/-, after successful payment from my card they demanded more amount for handling and forwarding , instead of rs. 1196 they debited my card of rs. 598 and rs. 17699 from my card without my permission.. How this is happened..the call from reputed co. ie; Living Media India Ltd. (Times Book Club)their number is [protected] caleed persons name is Mr. Rakesh Sharma...debibited my card in the living media india ltd. Whenever tried to contact that number there is a welcome message ie; "Welcome to India Today" and the phone will disconnect. Kindly do neceesary action to get my money back or product as per their offer(commitment).

LIVING MEDIA INDIA LTD. — Non-delivery of magazine after order
I was sent a subscription form for subscribing to Scientific American Magazine and I was supposed to get a telescope as a free gift for a 3 year subscription. The amount for subscription was deducted from my credit card on 19/03/2008, but more than 8 weeks after, I have neither received the magazine, nor the promised free gift. No communication has been received from the Co. to acknowledge deduction of subscription amount from my credit card, but the credit card statement clearly shows the deduction.
