LIVING MEDIA INDIA LTD. — I have to pay Rs 577/- INR....This seems to be a fraud.

I have received a VP article from Living Media India Ltd being couriered via postal services towards which I have to pay Rs 577/- INR....This seems to be a fraud as I have not subscribed for any such magazine from Living Media, however Ive been rejecting the Readers Digest envelopes and sending it back to them via post because they unnecessary keep sending these envelopes,
