The Director Customer care Lloyds bank UK has said that the Username,Password and nececessry documents are ready for my disposal and asking me to pay 300 GBP for transferring my deposit money to my Indian account .The duty of Director customer care is to safegaurd the customer
and help the customer instead of penalising the costomer.I am a poor Indian and leading life with my meager pension
Please help me in getting my depsit money back to Indiai

You said no deposit but Mr.Antonio Hortab Osaria Trnasfer Department has send a message that he will send the Password, Username and activation code and necessary documents. Sofar I have not received the above
Please ask him to send the above things so that I can transfer my deposit amount to India
