[Resolved]  Lloyds Bank Uk — unauthorised penalty

I have and account in Lloyds bank UK with account number SBNG[protected] IN025
New filr Nr 56/PL09-07
Security vault NrAB/011/XX-2/07
Sichersuit code NrAB/0289=AB=088

With the above infirmation I asked the bank to send me the Username,Password,and key to transfer the money from UK to India
But the bnak authorities are asking me to pay 300 GBP which I suppose is not authorised
Please ask the bank management to send me the Username,Password,Key for transfer of my money to India either by email or post
