ref=manufacturer defect in new lml vespa scooter.

Sir 18/06/2013 iam purchase new lml vespa scooter from ajmer showroom.sir that day new scooter not start at 1 hour all mechanic try but still prob was same scooter not start than scooter start after try 1 hour.and day my father at home to going office start scooter but scooter not start.and then father call to company after 3 hour 2 mechanic come my home and check scooter they have mant try but pro still same then mechanic bring trolla to lodge scooter in company and next day he deliver me scooter but pro was not resolve properly plz guide us tp appropriate action against company.
