I purchase a motor vehicle from VESPA -APRILIA SCOOTERS, 1326 AVINASHI ROAD, PEELAMEDU, COIMBATORE-641004. (YEAR 2023, MODEL: VESPA ZX, REG NUM:TN66AM9205). I myself dropped for a general service, they serviced and charged around 1500 rupees. They delivered to my address, and I checked my vehicle which got scratches near right footrests area, under head light they made a small small paint scratches and under the right handlebar they broken it. I raised a complaint on the spot through a call to Mr. xxxx (sales representative) and he stated that we will replace the headlight part and the paint corrections for those scratches without any charges. This happened a long back (almost 4 months). As I couldn't have time to follow this by visiting showroom instead, I often called to service person, and he is updating actually. But, still I couldn't get my vehicle repair completely which was made my showroom service persons. I kindly request your immediate attention to resolve this matter by repairing the fault as soon as possible.

    Hello

    I give my vehicle for service on the date of 3rd April 2024..
    Mechanic said within 2days we deliver my bike...
    But I didn't get any information on quotation then yesterday I came to service center then they give me quotation..
    They told me today 6th April give me a vehicle...
    When I came to service center today 6th April 4pm still they didn't complete my bike service...
    Now they are saying come to Monday we give you bike..
    I'm really upset about service center people..
    They are not give me correct information...

      Recently I had an issue with my vehicle where my bike is suddenly getting stopped when rising Accelarator and my back tyre I always getting flat even after clearing my puncture issue. I had given for service in Aprilia service center at old somalamma temple road, syamala nagar, gandhipuram, Rajahmundry mentioning the same, . But at evening they had handed over me the vehicle mentioning that we had replaced new air fillers and repaired back cable and there is one more puncture but no issue with the tyre with a bill of 1806/- . They had not even cleaned the vehicle nor done the water service. After I had asked what have you done, again they have taken back done water service and given back to me. But again my issue was same, there is no improvement even after service. They have done nothing.

            Vespa zx starting issue

            I own Vespa zx matt black and my vehicle number is TN 13 T 8991. I bought this vehicle in the year 2021 in korattur showroom. From the beginning, I have many issues with my vehicle .Initially the vehicle gaurd rusted so they replaced it, then my wheel had issue so they replaced it and then it got starting issue both kit start and self start are not working properly, it also had issue with motor compressor they changed all.Now again same issue,...

            I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration with the sudden and unannounced closure of the Vespa service center in Trivandrum district, capital of Kerala. I have been a loyal customer of Vespa for over four years, and I rely on their service center for the regular maintenance and repair of my scooter.
            The closure of the service center has caused me a lot of inconvenience and trouble, as I have no other option to service my Vespa nearby. I have not received any notification or explanation from Vespa about why they decided to close the service center, or whether they plan to reopen it or relocate it in the future.
            I find this situation unacceptable and disrespectful to the customers who have trusted and supported Vespa for so long. I request that you provide me with a clear and satisfactory answer about the reason for the closure, and what actions you are taking to compensate and assist the affected customers. I also urge you to reopen or relocate the service center as soon as possible or offer alternative solutions that are convenient and accessible for the customers in my area.
            I hope that you will take this matter seriously and respond to me promptly. I appreciate your attention and cooperation.

              Dear Vespa India Service Centre,

              I am writing to you to express my severe dissatisfaction and concern regarding the services rendered at your centre The Shelar Moto Vespa at Parvati Pune for my bike MH 12 MM 7743. I am facing significant issues with my Vespa scooter following its servicing at your facility, and to make matters worse, my complaints and concerns seem to be ignored repeatedly.

              Post the servicing at your centre, my scooter has been experiencing a significant loss in acceleration and pickup at random intervals. This issue was not present prior to the servicing and has greatly affected the vehicle's performance. The situation became gravely dangerous when recently, my scooter abruptly stopped in the middle of the road. This malfunction could have resulted in a severe accident and posed a significant threat to my personal safety.

              Moreover, I am disturbed by the fraudulent practices at your service centre. My vehicle was kept for an unusually long period of 15+ days, which caused significant inconvenience and incurred additional transportation costs of Rs 10, 000 ++ for public transport. To add to the distress, I was charged exorbitantly for replacing parts like the spark plug, carburetor, and others, which to my understanding, were not faulty when I handed over the vehicle for servicing. I have attached the recent bills.

              I am not alone in experiencing these issues. Several other customers have expressed similar concerns and complaints in their Google reviews of Shelar Motor vespa. This pattern suggests an ongoing scam where customers are being charged for unnecessary parts replacements and are returned vehicles in worse conditions than before.

              I kindly request a thorough and immediate investigation into this matter. I believe Vespa values its customers and their satisfaction and will therefore take necessary action against such unscrupulous practices. I demand a complete refund for the fraudulent charges incurred, a thorough re-examination and proper servicing of my scooter and old parts free of charge, and an assurance of such incidents not repeating in the future.

              Please understand the severity of this situation, not only in terms of customer satisfaction but more importantly, the risk it poses to personal safety. I am eagerly awaiting your prompt response to rectify this situation.

              Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

                We purchased Vespa model VXL -125 2020 Jan TN 66AD 2437 from PV Motors-Coimbatore, after 6 months Fuel meter malfunction started still not working properly.
                I gave my vehicle for General service / vibration, noise from front side on[protected] at PV Motors, Coimbatore and they took 3 days, while taking out from the service I faced the same problem and asked the service people about it, they said that they have serviced for clutch parts etc., and asked me to pay a bill for Rs. 4178. i asked them about the vibration and noise from the front side they were like " is this the problem for which you had left the Scooter for service ! " and said that some parts are not available in store and had to buy or replace it without even checking it. Due to unavailability of proper tools they used hard tools like hammer and screw drivers for hitting the parts and said that the issue is resolved and asked the client itself to test drive, without even test driving the Vespa Scooter. After the Service I again faced a new problem. The Handle bar got tighter making it unable to drive normally, now I am afraid of driving my Vespa in the road due to vibration, handle bar tightness and lack of Control.
                ie., (A person went to a Hospital for one particular problem may be Heart problem, but the doctor without even checking the patient and did a kidney Surgery to the patient, if the patient face a problem again, how would he take further treatment in same hospital ??? what are they going to do for it …..?????? )
                During Last service, the Service person forced to take the AMC to get a good service and more discounts for spare parts. Presently my vehicle is under AMC, with a problem of fuel meter showing wrong readings ie., Meter showing fuel full when there is no fuel left in the tank. Because of this i had to push my scooter several kilometers for refilling the fuel. As the people in the service Centre keep on changing, they are postponing the pending meter replacement work to the next service day, despite asking them to replace the fuel meter. They say that the present and new fuel meter is also a failure model and it is a manufacturing defect, trying to drag the service a lot of times.
                Only one person named Vivek approached me and asked about my problem. yet, my problem hasn't got resolved! I had a Worst experience with the Service and company.
                I am unsatisfied with your service providers and the company and i need a permanent Solution for my problem. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                After discussion with Mr. Vivek- PV Motors, Coimbatore, 2nd day given for service after one and half days received my vehicle, they said one part, changed now ok. i ride/checked The Handle bar got tighter now 50% but some other problem identified in speed break HEAVY sound metal parts hiting sondand & vibrations, Same problems informed immtly, Again Yesterday[protected] visited for correction/ repaire, Technician asked you have to replace the Shock absorber to be changed Price is Rs. 1200, normally after 6000kms this part to be replaced otherwise noise and sound will start, Shock absorber life is around 6000kms, now your vehicle more than 20000 kms crossed. I Returned back, Today morning more Noice, covers vibration and while turning some abnormal noise from front side. One of my Engineer checked the scooter, ALL THE SCREWS NOT FIXTED, HEAD SIDE AND FRONT COVERS CAME OUT SIDE, I take photos and sent to COIMBATORE - PV MOTORS - Advisor.
                See PV MOTORS - Coimbatore Technicians working - all the screws not fixed and cover not properly fixed also all the screws head damaged because of no proper tools not available or unskilled persons servicing the vehicle.
                World class vehicle but poor service, How your company give assurance to customer, you will provide good service supports.

                Still Speed Meter issue pending ( fuel meter showing wrong level ie., Meter showing fuel full when there is no fuel left in the tank. some time fuel is half take meter showing emty, Because of this i had to push my scooter several kilometers for refilling the fuel. )

                I am expecting good decisions / reply from the company..

                  I purchased my VESPA vehicle on the Month of April 2023 & gave for 1st Free service . After then, I keep on getting multiple complaints on this . Its purely based on service related & their team no proper response from Service manager side they seems to be harsh & rude if we ask for any queries. Now my problem is within 3months duration they are asking to replace the battery from a new vehicle saying that battery got drained out completely. After my investigation i found that my battery number inside the vehicle is different from the one which they entered in the system. Its purely a kind of cheating but they are not ready to disclose the information about the battery. Kindly take some action on this to get this issue resolved. This happened at JMB Motors, Ashok Pillar, Chennai

                    Battery compliant

                    Hello Team,

                    I would like to share a concern faced during Scooter servicing.. I had taken my vehicle to Service Center Auto Lounge PCMC, Speedometer wire had broken and SC asked me to replace it, and during replacement the Headlight Cover got slightly damaged & engineer said it is due to oil leakage from master cylinder Kit.. also, suggested for replacement..

                    Being Vespa a brand and such minor oil leakage breaks a part is not acceptable, I had brought Vespa bcoz of his durability and sustainability, but it seems to be irrational experience so far..

                    After, a long discussion with SC and being the regular customer they replaced the part on FOC basis which was very kind of them..

                    However, I would insist you to please take necessary actions and advise why we as a customer should face issues of such silly things which could have been eradicated curing Quality Check..

                      Worst Experience with Vespa dealers

                      So as another disappointed Vespa scooter owner, I did some analysis across India to check how many Vespa scooter owners are really happy with Vespa scooter purchase. Seems it stands 95% ( Vespa owners who attended at least one service from Vespa service centre) are fully disappointed and upset, while 5%(Vespa owners who just booked are just took delivery and yet to encounter event he first service in Vespa service centre) are extremely happy. So based on this statistics almost every Vespa vehicle owner in India is dissatisfied with Vespa service centres, however they were actually a very happy customers of Vespa until vehicle purchase an delivery.

                      So why is the Vespa customer service awesome until purchase and deliver and totally worse post purchase ? I would like to know the root cause of this. Since I have serviced myself or analysed other indian two wheeler manufacturers atleast maintain minimum of 50% satisfied customers including vehicle service, while Vespa service centres totally get 1 star and negative comments by all Indian vespa owners.

                      Vespa as a vehicle itself is very good with great design, build, performance and looks. But is Vespa India damaging the reputation of Vespa brand by providing worse service all over India post purchase ?

                      I also have made a tweet regarding this tagging necessary Piaggio and vespa officials. But i think it will go in vain until unless some one from Vespa group outside India would notice it.

                        Your service is very poor, Scooty issue is never resolved. The scooty has to be brought back to the center the next day. The workers working in the servicing center do not repair the scooty regularly and the customers were lied to a lot. We have a lot of faith in you. It's a shame that despite complaining so many times, no one takes notice.Even after complaining to the service center many times, no one takes any notice. Please at least take note of it now, hope to get some response from you.

                          Dear Sir/ Madam,

                          My name is Samrat Dass, resident of Plot no. 56 & 57, Sainiknagar, Barasat-700126, . I have purchased a Vespa Scooter - 150 cc SXL model White with red stripe model as on 2nd Feb'22.
                          I have done all the services from the same showroom cum service Centre as on due dates and the have already travelled almost 4700 km. Though, the mileage is around 35kmpl, still would say that i am very satisfied with the quality of drive.
                          Again, in the last week of Jan'23, during a paid services, Mr. Esan (Tech. for service) broke the visor of the handle during the service and with all my due request, he was not in a position to admit the same. However, it was well recoded in the CCTV (hopefully). When i got little more aggressive, he admit the same and had given the order for replacement. The material has reached in the 4th week of Feb'23 and was intimated to me, when i went there, i was told that the sticker (red) will be chargeable and moreover it was not available (as company doesn't provide that).
                          I spoke to Mr. Arnab [protected] (Vespa Co. person), he also told me that if he orders the same it might take long time and can't ensure when it shall reach.

                          Sir, my humble request is, the material was damaged by the authorized service person and why should i be penalized for that (the red sticker on visor creates a good look overall). Therefore, I have refused to replace the visor without the sticker and asked them that i will wait for some days.
                          Now, I am continuously calling Mr. Arnab, he is not responding to my calls/ WhatsApp messages also.

                          Request you to please acknowledge the issue and help a genuine customer.

I had purchased Vespa VXL CBS from one of your dealer's (KAIZEN MOTORS) on 21st September 2022 by paying full amount of money at a Time. I would like to bring you a complaint regarding my Registration Certificate is not received until this date.its been more than five months ago I purchased from Kaizen Motors, Palakkad.I had approached several times to your concerned dealer for this registration certificate for my vehicle. I also reached and contacted Road Transport Organisation (RTO), Govt of Kerala.As per the statement of Government, the dealer hasn't made any progress and any further steps towards my certificate.At the point of purchase I was assumed that your dealer's and staffs will provide good service and good approach to a customer, instead they were not able to provide any steps regarding my issue.so hereby I request you to find quick response and solution to my Registration Certificate.

                              I had purchased a ZX MODEL Vespa in the year 2021 August coimbatore. And i am truly disappointed with the customer care and service provided by your company dealer.Now it's been a year and when we checked with our nearest dealer for service, they informed that the pump needs to be replaced and the cost would be 5000/- and warranty claims is not possible as it's more than a year...seriously don't understand how major repairs happen exactly after the free service period and warranty period with minimal usage.

                                  I had purchased Vespa vxl 125 on the December of 2021 and it's been a little more than a year since purchase. I have been facing mileage issues already and all of a sudden the vehicle was not functional. I had approached the dealer in my area(kumbakonam) and they promised to said a mechanic to check upon the issue which never happened. They said it could be *Fuel pump* issue even without checking and routed me to talk to various other persons from the company as i had purchased the vehicle from a different dealer and now the ownership has changed. We had checked upon the vehicle with a local mechanic and found it to be a battery issue and we were able to start the vehicle by kick starting it. Hence i drove the vehicle myself today to the showroom and i had the worst customer service with the lady in the showroom.
                                  She was so irresponsible in handling the matter and spoke to me in a rude tone. She asked me to take the vehicle to *Thanjavur* which is like 50 kms apart and get it checked!! She speaks as if she is doing me a favour. After all it's their responsibility to check upon customer complaints. I am totally disappointed with ur customer service and i would want the company to address my concerns and take necessary action!! We are paying so much to buy a Vespa and this is not an expected way of handling.
