[Resolved] Lodha Dwellers Pvt. Ltd. — Wrongful Charge of Interest | |||
I have booked a flat, flat no-1102, bldg- europa, wing-e in Casa Bella Gold by Lodha, in Dombivli, Maharashtra. The company had asked for plint payment in April but as i was applying for loan I had asked for a CC copy as asked by the bank. The CC copy was given to me in July. And as soon as the CC was given by them, payment was made by August. Now despite the lack of Paperwork from their end, they are asking a enalty interest for 3 months, that amounts to Rs.32,000 ( rupees thirty two thousand). They are not ready to accept their mistake and keep saying that I had not given a pre-sanction letter. My bank was not willing to give a pre sanction letter unless all the papers were clear first. No one for GOD sake go to Lodha for booking a property...u will cry afterwards for the lifetime...Quality of work is pathetic ...and they will not let you see what they are putting ...only sand...Absolutely NON SENSE... they will charge interests for no reason and will delay the project for years and NOT months...
