Loop — Bad network and pathetic service

Dear Service provider,



Even visiting your gallery and puting mail to you my problem was not solve. I got a call from lady ask me the address and network details and disconect. She was in so hurry that she had not let me to explain that i am facing problem from last 2 years and why my problem not solve. I went to the gallery yestarday to speak that gallery manager. But she was not present the excutives are not allow to make customer to speak there superior. I agree that she is not well but cant i speak with any senior person. He was ready to fight with me and shouting more than me. You people are really sick from last to years you people are not capable to solve my problem and sending me reminder to pay the bill bull . Why are you declaring that loop is no 1 network provider in india. I am pissed off from your service and your rude people. I dont want to pay futher bills kindly help me to chnage my network provider. LOOP pathetic service,Pathetic people.

Please help me for correct path to log complaint on this people
