i spoke 2 loop mobile customer executive on 11- 4- 12 at 11a.m i called loop mobile customer care n talked 2 sagar n told him to activate internet service for rs-21 in which we get 300 mb for 7 days but he activated rs21 msg scheme so after that once at around 1p.m my 26 rs n at around 3 p.m my 25 rupees got deducted coz of his mistake den i spoke 2 ravindra and many other customer care executives but no one helped me they just said dat ur...

I requested to loop Care center for DND service
and according to loop sevice massage on 28.02.2011 at 15.54 hrs
"loop will deactive my all unneccessary service w.e.f. 14.04.11

but till date there no any action taken by Comapany for deactive my all unnecessary services. and company regulary deduct my main balance...

i am using this loop network from past two yrs... and now as i find this service really bad iasked them for portability .. so they telling me that my sim no. cannot be portable coz i m using a lifetime validity card and it has a dus ka gang scheme on it... if i hav to make it portable i will hav to wait for around 3 to 4 months and i cant wait till that time... and the reason i wanted to port coz their customer care service is really bad...

In Loop Mobile websites it is not updated any time, we need the Song Code for Caller Tune, And Movie Relase before 20 days, till yet they dint update the codes, and when we call up there Customer Care No, they said that wht should we do for this.. The Loop mobile service is the worst in the history of mobile services. Im holding a postpaid card of loop under a certain campus scheme. Dear Sir/Madam,

I got a call from loop service centre asking for a activation of LM - IndLaw.
I rejected the call but then too they activated this useless service on my cell.

I call back them asking for the de- activation of the above said service, they said
it is one time service so will get automatically de activated in the next month.

All went in vain the service is still active...

I hav recharge my cell with rs 97/. for sms pack.but still the charges are deducting from my account .
plz do needful ASAP....

how can i get call history of my number ?...
