Loop Mobile — 90 Days to Port out

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have been using loop mobile for 4 years. It's always been a network problem with a loop so finally I decided to Port out of the loop. Yesterday 16th Feb 2013 I called customer care and I asked them how to port out they sent me information and I applied them with the request that I want to port out. After that I got a reply from loop mobile with the port no., today 17th Feb 2013 I got a call from loop mobile services that why you want to port out they almost convinced me to stay back but I said no to that. After saying no they told me that you have to use Loop service for more 90 days. They informed me you have to come on base Plan and after coming you have to use loop for 90 days. When I called to Customer care they didn't inform me about this. So on this they told me we were having two different department they don't know anything about this. This is ridiculous. Customer care doesn't know about this it is unbelievable. Every other mobile service provider gives portability service within 7 days then my question is why can't loop ?
I need a justice in this. I need to port out as soon as possible. Please help me with my problem

Loop Mobile — no porting allowed

my name is mohd salim n i m using loop mobile service.my # is [protected] which i would like to switched to idea now i m fedup of loops network bcoz the cell is in full network but the caller is getting an error msg the # ur calling is swithed off some time its totally dumb n deaf but the call charges are deducted then to the shameless service provider has denied to port me out as i m their life time customer. as per the mch and trai rules one can change the service provider but has loop got all the right from goverment to reject port request or force the customer to be with loop for life time.

plz help me and help loop mobile not to act like his previous name BPL is this provider really
Abs right. Have been facing the same problem. One mth down the line and portability rejected twice. I've paid Voda Rs 19 twice. Loop says Violation of Contract. What about they violating the contract with me--no service, poor network coverage, and call drops!! I've paid Rs 500 up front for the rental and I dont want my money back---I only want to port out. I have ECS so Loop cant accuse me of non-payment of bills. Even they find it difficult to contact me as they get messages, either "not reachable" or "switched off". I really dont know whether TRAI is aware of all this and whether they are doing anything about it---not sure whether they have any teeth! Anywhere else in the world I could have sued Loop for harassment and obstruction of individual progress! Any suggestions?
