I M MR.NELSON .L. ANDRADE FROM DOMBIVLI,THANE I HAVE THREE LOOP MOBILE CONNECTIONS WITH ME BUT THERE IS ONE CONNECTION WHICH IS ACTIVATED BUT DOES NOT GET OPERATE IN THE HANDSET, SO TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM I VISIT LOOP MOBILE STORE IN DOMBIVLI BUT THEY DID NOT GAVE THE PROPER ANSWER.SO TODAY ON 12TH MARCH,2013 I CALLED LOOP MOBILE CUSTOMER CARE CENTER ON 198, THEY TOLD ME TO VISIT THANE GALLERY FROM THE COMPLAINT BUT AS I STAY IN DOMBIVLI I CAN NOT VISIT THANE LOOP MOBILE GALLERY FOR THIS PURPOSE. EVEN I PAID THE BILL OF RS.86 EVEN WITHOUT USING THE SIM-CARD. SO I REQUEST YOU TO CHECK THE CONNECTION AND THE PROBLEM OF THE SIM-CARD.
