[Resolved]  Loop Mobile — bad service providers

I have been using loop mobile for past 5 years or more - even being a customer for so long does not give me any advantage - i might as well change my service. My outgoing was barred today as i got busy with work and did not find the time to pay the bill - but with in two hours of my service being barred - i went and paid my bill using a debit card - i was told by the staff that my outgoing will be released in 45 mins as phone is very crucial for my work - but g hours later when i called them up - they said there working hours are 9 to 6 and my outgoing will be released tomo morning.

what time and age are we living in? people make payments using debit and credit cards in the middle of the night and get things done - loop is not a good service - all year the calls drop - i lose network very often - they have never bothered to fix that but are the first ones to cut outgoing

BPL Mobile — outgoing barred

dear sir,

this is regarding barring my out going calls without any intimation.
this has happened to me for the second time in one months time. when talk to the mobile assist executive they only say that they had send an intimation both via sms and call out of which i did not receive any. i think the intimation should come one day in advance of barring the calls. you can very well underastand how it feels when your no. is sudenly barred leaving you in a soup. the network is really good but the consumer sevice has to be good so that consumers lime can continue with the service and recomend the same to others. i hope you will look into the matter.
