[Resolved] Loop Mobile — Theft of credit by loop mobile | |
on 29th June, I get a sms saying thankyou for subscribing for Mantras, which I had not subscribed for and Rs 34/- have been deducted automatically form my balance. I give a call and one 'Mr Bukhari' who is a mobile customer care executive says nothing can be done about the balance. but we can deactivate the service for you. I asked, who activated the service in first place and by whose authority. If this is the way they are going to loot every other person randomly, loop mobile is theiving on easy money!! with millions of people at subscribers end, loop mobile is making a large theft profit without anything that can be done. shame on you Loop Mobile your days are over soon. i dont have any sim card of this following no. [protected], [protected]. but after that loop mobile india ltd. send me a bill of this no. so what will i do. i am not using this no. that means my documentation & other person is using a sim card of this no. so please sombody making a froudness

my loop moblie no [protected] I have done recharge of jadu offer of Rs 32 through moblie transfer on 26/7/09 i got the message that your jadu request has done . after a day i got a message that your jadu offer will be experied today. And at the end of the same day my again 32 rs has been dedicated . when i call to customer care executive says nothing can be done about the balance. but we can deactivate the service .when i request that i want to speak to there senior incharge in shift the cut the phone . again when i call and request the same that i want to speak to senior regarding the issue for the proper confrmation they agin cut he phone i happen thrice. i have call on 29/7/2009 at approx. 10:10Am to 10:30am. firstcall was picked up by some person. i dont remember his name second call was pickup by name somewert anamiya third call was pick up by chirag. Kindly look in the matter i hope u guys may having some recording system.dont take these thing lightly.i will fall your impression in market
