sir, m ramesh gharge my no. is [protected] and my balance account is locked,means i cant call or sms anyone also.when i check my balance it showing that ur account is locked i hope u will understand my problem and u will take all the prompt action in order to slove my problem. I have checked outstanding bill amount through loop SMS servise on 31.10.2009, we got outsatnding Rs.603.40.
But next day on 01.11.2009 we have received call from loop mobile servise ceterand telling your have used more than your limit. Without any imformation bloked my outgoing and sms servise.
I hope u will understand my problem and u will take all the prompt action in order to slove my problem.
