i hv bn yr consumer since 2002 n nevr changed the no. i suggested so many of my friends to b yr consumer n they did also the same.
bt nw whn i myself have so many grievances, hw cn i suggest or recommend yr service to my friends. resultantly i with so many of my friends hv decided to discontinue wth yr service if immediately u dont give proper attention towards my problem n solve it.
1. i ws under 499 plan n after completing one year i hv changed my plan to simple 90. therefore i m nt going to pay rs150/- as advance rent whch u hv charged in my bill. kindly credit the amnt.
2. whnevr i make call to the no [protected], most of the times the phone gets
disconnected after 3 min 1 sec & i pay for 4 min. for this i hv made so many complaints bt u hv nevr paid attention.
3. my std bills r enough & especially whn almost all the service providers r giving the facility of 1 paisa per sec or 50 paise per min, then tell me the reason why i should pay re1/ 90 paise per min and rs90 rent also.
these r some of the reasons due to whch very shortly i m going to discontinue
