Loop Mobile — Charge Unwanted charges & stop outgoing service | |||
my mobile no. is [protected]. i am using postpaid connection of Loop mobile from last more than year. now in last month bill they charged extra charges of 366 Rs (Internet calls) i called customer care for confirmation they told me we will back with details. they never called i again called & asked for the details as well nail them regarding that i never used internet connection even i never keep on data setting on my cell. i just told them i want details of that when i used internet & what i used in that. they are unable to give that & after few days they today they Stop my outgoing service even i cant call customer care from my cell & today i paid exclude 366 Rs. i made payment of 428 Rs before 3 hours. i got much loss today because of Loop mobile. I AM BPL MOBILE USER FRROM MUMBAI I HAD ACTIVATED CALLERTUNE OF MY CHOICE BY SENDING CODE OF THE SONG FROM THEIR WEBSITE RS 15/- WERE CHARGED FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT YET THE SONG IS NOT ACTIVATE DFURTHE I CEIVD AN SMS STATING "ERROR" atleast there must be an help option in ur websites. i m not getting callertune code.
