Loop Mobile — No customer satisfaction & resolutions to complaints

I Have called N number of times to the Loop Mobile customer care to unsubscribe my caller ring tone which i have not activated by n e chance. They give me 24 hrs time and the issue is not resolved since 1 week now. I do not understand y it takes soo long for a complaint 2 b resolvd. Its very irritating and not at all professional to have caller tunes on the phone especially a tone PROMOTING Loop Mobile services which is very bad.... Need a resolution ASAP. Thx.

my number has been deactive i dont knoe why when i called loop mob customer care there is no any response for my complaint wo log phon hi nahi utha rahe kabse ring baj rahi hai line hold karo maine kamse kam 100 bar phone lagaya but there was no any response i m not satisfied with ur service my number is [protected]
