on 2nd november i was told by ajay on customercare 800 to activate one paise per two second plan.pls sms ACT ONE & send to 50505 only rs 2 will be deducted from ur account.on 3rd november i sms as directed by customercare. but i found that rs 48 was cut from my acount. so immediately called on 800 & talk to vidya ku .she told me that the plan which you want is already activated. but u should not sms ACT ONE for that plan. iwant to bring to ur notice that i was given wrong infromation by customercare on 2nd november for that i was charged rs 48. so why should i suffer for the wrong information given to me for the plan by customercare of loopmobiles. so i reqest u to pls credit my account with rs48 which was wrongly cut from my account. pls do the needful & oblige me. thank you.
