Loop Mobile — Payment demand for disconnected connection | |||
I had a Loop mobile connection ( earlier BPL ) which i had disconnected in month of April and what ever amount they told me to pay during that time have already been paid and then after few months i get a call saying payment is not paid when we ask for details they dont have any neither any bills are sent when i tell them the connection is disconnected and also sim card is not been working since then they say would get the same rectified . Again after next 3 months again i get a call for the same and when i tell them connection is disconnected and all payments have been made they say they need to check the records . Then i ask them for bill they say bills are not sent.They are taking customers for a ride and should not beleive them as they say something and do something. Also the phone is disconnected from the time i have given an application to disconnect the service so for what should i pay ????????????? Was this information helpful? | |||
