I recharged with rs.29 on my no. which is [protected] on 12th june, 2012 at around 11 am. But my net plan was not activated till evening, so i called Customer Care no. (198) to enquire about the same. I was informed that the 29 plan was terminated by the Loop Company itself; but they told me that instead talktime of the same amount will be transferred in my account. But now 24 hours past still there is no change in my balance. I had also recharged with 49rs. trunet plan on 11th's night around 10 pm as I needed net connection. I received the message saying the transaction was successful, but still my internet has not been activated.
So, basically i have not been refunded rs.29 which have gone waste and my net is still not activated after spending total 78rs. (49+29).
I request you to look into this matter as now they are telling me that 49 plan has been changed to 46. They did not even send a text message informing the same. They tell me to again recharge with 46rs.!!
