I have been using Loop Service For almost 1 n half yr since now and before i had once
faced similar such problem form your side of money deduction from my account without my
consent which had stoped in between but since last month i have been again facing the same
issue of deduction of balance from my account for unwanted reason by auto activating
certain packs without my consent. Nor had i received any such alerts or messages
from loop service telling me about the deduction information and activation of new pack.
the total amount of balance they have deducted is Rs 44/- by re activating my
sms pack without my consent. also my rs 5/- have been deducted for some international
message when i hadn't done any such international message. i tried complaining
many a times to customer care about this fault of loop and have visited the
near by loop gallary of prabhadevi for the same but all have turned deaf ears to my problems.
also when you ask them to transfer their calls to their Floor Managers they disconnect it.
the only thing that i am receiving in return is 'sorry' and mere 'neglegance'. I guess loop
company only works on this 'sorry' and 'neglegance'. if not then i atleast expect this email to
work out for me and inreturn get my refund of total rs 49/- as soon as possible. i have already
wasted lot of my time on this and really expect you to pay attention to this.Please do
something about this and give me justice you can contact me on [protected].
