I am a bpl customer since more than 7 years but in this period i got very poor service from your Fort BPL gallery on 3 october 2013 at 12: 20 pm your customer assistant her name shown on her name plate as HITESHI she realy considered me as a begger and mistreated me actualy i went to the gallery with an approach due to poor net work faced in our reident area kamothe( new mumbai) but she is argued with me that it was not because of network but problem due to use of old sim card. i agreed to her point, thus removed my old sim and handed it over to her . on which she provided me a new sim card saying it would be activated in an hour, after an hour i experienced the same old problem after reaching my resident area around 6 : 00 pm
its my humble request to the compay to take control of your staff and train them how to treat customers. customers too are part of company or else changing my service, getting a new connection aint that hard today. Please do the needful .
