[Resolved] Loop Mobile Prepaid — No Refund of Money despite SMS Pack Deactivation

I had activated the SMS44 SMS Pack of Loop Mobile Prepaid. Later I got the sms that it had been activated. Yesterday, I had got a Sms regarding another Promotional Scheme called SMSD10 (500 Free Local and National SMS). The Co. claimed that Info would be provided after smsing SMSD10. I did just the same after activating SMS44. But nothing happened. Later, when i called up Customer Care, they said that the scheme got deactivated. I haven't even sent a single SMS out of my SMS44 Pack. But the Pack's deactivated and I haven't received any refund for the same. Please register my complaint against Loop Mobile for Fraud, and make necessary arrangements for the Refund of Rs. 44/-

same thing haapens with me I had activated the SMS44 SMS Pack of Loop Mobile Prepaid on 12 June 2012. Later I got the sms that it had been activated. After 5 days, I had got a Sms regarding another Promotional Scheme called SMSD30 (30 Free Local and National SMS daily). The Co. claimed that Info would be provided after smsing SMSD30. I did just the same after activating SMS44. But nothing happened. Later, when i called up Customer Care, they said that the scheme got deactivated. I haven't received any refund for the same. Please register my complaint against Loop Mobile for Fraud, and make necessary arrangements for the Refund of Rs. 44/-

loopzzzzz are FRAUD'sssssss same thing even happned with me den again i recharged rs 44 FOR SMS still my scheme was not activated BLOODY suckerzzzzzz
