Loop Mobile — Unnecessary Deduction

Dear Sir,
My no. is [protected]. My last recharged was i think 1st February the amount of Recharge is 30Rs.But my account in 3Rs and So on As per my knowledge i have 4-5 calls during his period & I have gone i mohd.ali road branch gallery but i have not give the proper information.

Plzzz Sir I hope my balance is credited in my account.

[protected] loop prepaid mobile#, we never requested for any extra service, they acticated themself caller tune & deucted 12-20 rs, pls ask them to roll back the amount & stop activated services
