[Resolved]  Loop Mobile — unwanted charges

i have three loop mobile postpaid connections. on my [protected] always extra message charges are applied whereas i have 200 message free per month, same happened with my another number [protected]. and even after requesting for deactivation of m & g RLH pack this VAS is always charged in my billing and is not yet deactivated.

I Rahul Solanki ([protected]) is been charged with unwanted amount of services which i have never activated and after several complaint and deactivating that services through customer care I'm still been charged with the same amount. I need to speak to concern person on the same but im unable to connect through customer care no. (198, 800)

Kindly help me in this.
